FRUIT Cookie Policy

1. Scope

This Policy explains cookies and similar technologies on byfruit.io, operated by FRUIT Holdings, Inc.

We use Google Analytics only after you affirmatively allow analytics. Google Search Console is configured and verified; that verification does not itself place an analytics cookie in your browser.

2. What these technologies do

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Local storage and similar technologies also store information on your device. Some help a requested feature work or remember a privacy choice. Others measure use. Cookie lifetimes describe browser storage, not how long a provider retains information on its servers.

3. Necessary storage and optional analytics

Necessary local storage remembers your analytics choice, the preference version and expiry. It does not contain a visitor analytics identifier.

Hostinger, our hosting and CDN provider, also uses an essential cookie for its browser verification process. This supports protection against malicious automated traffic and is separate from optional analytics.

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics uses cookies and technical usage information to help us understand basic page and session use. This includes page views and standard automatically collected events such as session starts, first visits and user engagement, with their standard measurement parameters. Analytics is optional. We do not load it or send analytics requests before your consent. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from reading the site.

Enhanced Measurement is disabled. We do not enable scroll, outbound-click, site-search, video, file-download or form-interaction measurement, custom behavioral events, custom dimensions or user properties. We do not use advertising or personalization tracking.

4. Your choices

Choose Allow analytics, Essential only, or Preferences when the controls appear. You can reopen Cookie Preferences in the footer at any time and turn analytics off. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection through our implementation and clears the Google Analytics cookies set by this site. It does not automatically erase previously collected information; contact privacy@byfruit.io about applicable deletion rights.

We remember an explicit saved choice for six calendar months, with no silent renewal on visits. Choices apply to the relevant browser and site origin. Clearing storage, using another browser or expiry may require a new choice. Where preference storage is unavailable, optional analytics remains off.

A detected Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional analytics off. After that signal is no longer detected, analytics remains off until you make a new affirmative choice.

Browser settings can block or delete cookies; blocking necessary storage may affect preference persistence.

5. External services and updates

Links to other websites do not load their embedded content on this site. This release does not include third-party media embeds.
