FRUIT Privacy Policy

Version 1.1Effective 2026-10-05

1. Who we are and what this covers

FRUIT Holdings, Inc., a Wyoming corporation operating primarily in Florida, United States, is responsible for personal information covered by this Policy. It covers byfruit.io and inquiries sent to our functional email addresses. Contact privacy@byfruit.io for privacy questions and requests.

Separate notices or agreements may apply to an expressly identified service. Third-party websites reached through links have their own privacy practices.

2. Information you provide

When you contact us, we receive the contact details and message you provide, together with ordinary email correspondence information. An inquiry may include your name, email address, organization if supplied, inquiry reason and message.

Contact form submissions are stored in a private inquiry record on Hostinger, independently of email delivery. We send inquiry notifications through Google Workspace. The inquiry record includes the submitted fields, a submission ID, a received timestamp, the source page, inquiry status and delivery status.

We use this information to understand and respond to your request, route PAVE and licensing inquiries, evaluate potential discussions and maintain appropriate correspondence records. We do not treat submitting an inquiry as signing up for unrelated marketing.

Do not send passwords, credentials, confidential materials, sensitive personal information or information about another person that is unnecessary for your request. If special handling is needed, contact the relevant team before sending the material.

3. Technical information and website operation

Hostinger hosts and delivers our website. Hosting and delivery systems process technical information needed to provide and protect the site, including network information needed to deliver requested pages. Hostinger’s CDN also uses an essential browser-verification cookie to help protect against malicious automated traffic.

We use necessary operational information to deliver requested pages, diagnose failures, prevent abuse and investigate security issues. Essential consent storage remembers your choices. We do not use a privacy preference record as an analytics identifier.

4. Optional analytics

With your analytics consent, we use Google Analytics to understand basic page and session use and improve content and navigation. This includes page views and standard automatically collected events such as session starts, first visits and user engagement, with their standard measurement parameters. Google processes technical usage information and cookie identifiers for analytics services. See our Cookie Policy for storage details and Google’s privacy information for its handling.

We do not load analytics or send analytics requests before you affirmatively allow it. You can reject analytics or withdraw your choice through Cookie Preferences in the footer. Withdrawal stops future collection through our analytics implementation and clears the Google Analytics cookies set by this site. It does not automatically delete information already processed. You may contact privacy@byfruit.io about applicable deletion rights.

Enhanced Measurement is disabled. We do not enable scroll, outbound-click, site-search, video, file-download or form-interaction measurement, custom behavioral events, custom dimensions or user properties. We do not use advertising or personalization tracking. Our page measurement sends the canonical page address without URL parameters or fragments and does not send referrer values.

Google Search Console supplies search-performance and indexing information. Its verification is not, by itself, a browser analytics cookie or visitor tracking tag.

5. Informational website and future experiences

The current website provides informational pages. It does not offer an interactive PAVE evaluation or external developer/API access. Any future experience that collects additional information will need a notice describing its actual data handling before interaction.

6. Cookies, storage and external services

Our Cookie Policy explains necessary preference storage, Hostinger’s essential infrastructure cookie, optional Google Analytics cookies and your choices. Necessary functions do not depend on agreeing to optional analytics. Our native FRUIT consent interface remembers an explicit saved choice for six calendar months, without silent renewal on visits. The preference record does not contain a visitor analytics identifier.

Links to other websites take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices. This release does not include third-party media embeds. Our website fonts are hosted with the site.

7. Why we use information; legal bases where applicable

We use inquiry information for requested correspondence and potential business discussions; technical information to operate and secure the website; consent records to respect choices; and consented analytics to understand use and improve the site. We may use necessary records to comply with law, resolve disputes and protect legal rights.

Where EU or UK data protection law applies, our bases are consent for optional analytics; legitimate interests in managing business correspondence, securing systems and defending legal rights, balanced against individual rights; steps requested before a contract or performance of a contract where the individual is a party and the processing is necessary; and compliance with an applicable legal obligation. Business-contact correspondence is not automatically contractual necessity.

Providing inquiry information is voluntary, but we need a reply address and enough context to respond. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about individuals solely through automated processing in the website inquiry flow.

8. Recipients and disclosures

We disclose information to personnel and service providers who need it for the stated purposes, including website hosting and delivery, business email, and analytics when enabled with consent. Hostinger provides website hosting, CDN services and private inquiry storage. Google Workspace supports business email and inquiry notifications. Google Analytics receives analytics information only after consent.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or lawful process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse or security incidents, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards and legally required notices. We may disclose information at your direction.

9. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described, including necessary legal, security and recordkeeping needs. Relevant factors include the inquiry's status, any resulting relationship, operational necessity, applicable legal periods and disputes. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to lawful holds and managed backup cycles.

10. Security

We use safeguards appropriate to the information and risks to protect personal information. No system or transmission is completely secure.

Report suspected vulnerabilities to security@byfruit.io. Do not include credentials, full personal records or unnecessary sensitive information.

11. International processing

FRUIT operates in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our service providers. Contact privacy@byfruit.io for information about international handling and any safeguards applicable to your information.

12. Your choices and rights

You can contact privacy@byfruit.io to request access, correction or deletion, or ask about our handling of information. Depending on applicable law and our activities, you may also have rights to a portable copy; information about recipients; restriction or objection; withdrawal of consent; and opt-out of sale, targeted advertising, certain profiling or sharing. Exceptions may apply. We will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising rights.

Describe your request and the information needed to locate your interaction. We use proportionate verification where required, generally through the existing correspondence channel or limited matching information. Do not send government identification or sensitive records unless we explain why needed and provide a suitable process. Authorized agents may submit requests with appropriate authority; applicable opt-outs will not be subjected to unnecessary identity verification.

If we deny a request, we will explain the reason and any applicable appeal process. To appeal where available, reply to the decision or email privacy@byfruit.io with “Privacy appeal” in the subject. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and provide relevant regulator-complaint information. EU/UK individuals may complain to their competent supervisory authority, including the UK ICO where applicable.

13. Browser signals

A detected Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional analytics off in that browser, even if analytics was previously allowed. After the signal is no longer detected, analytics remains off until you make a new affirmative choice. No account is required.

Legacy Do Not Track is distinct from GPC. We do not separately respond to legacy Do Not Track signals. Use Cookie Preferences or supported GPC controls. Google Analytics uses identifiers to measure basic page and session use when you allow analytics, as described above.

14. Children

The website is intended for a professional and general adult audience, not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact privacy@byfruit.io so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

15. Updates and contact

We will post the current Policy with an effective date and identify material changes through an appropriate website notice or other required communication. We will obtain consent when required for a new use; changes do not authorize incompatible use merely by being posted.
